Hi there, thanks for stopping by! Let me tell you a little about the people behind Frog & Toad Eat {Vegan} Cookies!

Toad

 

Short, lazy, lovable but with a tendency to grump, and madly in love with Frog; these are the reasons I most identify with Toad. After taking the summer off to care for our new little Tadpole, I'm currently back to working on my Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. Just one more year!!I'm the one who tends to do most of the planning and cooking around here, although not without some crucial help!

Tall, cheerful, and madly in love with Toad despite the grumping; these are the reasons I view Mike as my Frog. With a B.S. in Electronic Media and Film and currently working as a bartender while I finish my degree, the goal is for him to be able to stay home full time with our little Tadpole in a year, fingers crossed! And what's the point of all of my careful planning and cooking if I didn't have Frog there to eat both my successes and failures, not to mention help with the dishes?!

And the star of the show, our very own little Tadpole, Jude! At 4 months old, he has his daddy's sweet froggy disposition and loooves to smile all day long, but with definite toad undertones from his momma ;) He's already a big boy and loves to eat! While he only gets to try my cooking vicariously, I can't wait until I get to start planning nutritious and delicious meals for him too!
